This was the last week for the holiday challenge Elf for Health. If you haven’t heard of it, it was a six week challenge focusing on living healthy during the holidays; healthy in body and mind.
Every day there was a different challenge, and I thought I’d compile some of my favorites throughout the challenge.
Have a salad and make your own dressing. Not only is homemade salad dressing healthier for you, if you make it at home you know exactly what’s in it. No weird additives or preservatives here!

Now that we’ve rung in the new year in a healthy way, let’s keep up the good work! Instead of making any health resolutions, I plan to do something that is healthy for me every day. Whether it’s exercise, eat something healthy, or just take a little “me time” my year is going to be healthy and positive!
