I have fallen in love with the website, Skinnytaste. Gina’s recipes are so inventive. I have made several and enjoyed them all.
The Renaissance Man and I went to a Cotton Bowl party last Friday (Go Aggies!) and I made Gina’s Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip. I did not tell anyone at the party that it was low in calories, and not a single person noticed, it was that good.
Since I didn’t change a thing, I thought I’d let you hop over to Gina’s website and check out the recipe, but here are some process pictures:
Now that’s a lot of buffalo sauce!
Mix everything together, then stir in the chicken!
This dip was a huge hit at the football party. Plus, I knew it was low calorie, so I could eat more of it without feeling guilty, which is a big bonus at a party.
Whip some up for your next big game! I bet no one at your party will know it’s low-cal, either.

We love buffalo wing dip, but my recipe makes a vat and includes storebought dressing. I’ll have to try this version next time.
It was really good. We didn’t have any leftovers from a double batch!
